Firstly, please check with me if I have space availability for the date you need your models for. I will need the actual wedding date so that I can see if I can fit you in.
Once I have confirmed that there is space available and you would like to go ahead and book, I will take payment in order to secure your date.
If your booking is within a year, I will require full payment at the time of booking in order to secure your date.
If your booking is for more than a year out, you have the choice to either split the payment 50/50 or pay in full and receive a discount of 10% off your total amount. (Not including postage)
Once the payment is received my end, I will book you in and follow up with a confirmation email and all of the details that I will need from you to create them for you.
Spaces are limited and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
You will be booked in 6 weeks prior to your deadline date, the toppers will take around 2 weeks to make.
You will be informed in your confirmation email of your start date and when to submit the details.
Yes the models will need to be approved by you in order for me to send them out to you. You can make alterations in line with your final details at this point.
Well, there is no real answer to this, there is a lot of trust involved in purchasing and paying in advance. However, I am a legitimate business who is fully insured to protect your money.
I have been trading now for nearly ten years and I have never knowingly let anyone down.
As explained above, I will need to book you in around 6 weeks prior to the wedding, so in order to get the best timing, you will need to book in advance.
It's not based on when the orders come in, it's based on when your wedding is taking place.
The diary bookings are on a first come, first served basis, whoever pays for their slot first, takes the availability.
If you enquire with me and then say "I'll get back to you" this does not guarantee your space.
